Letter of Invitation

1. Event location and competition dates

The competition will be held at the Sports Centre in Sindos , Thessaloniki, from 1st to 3rd of March 2019.

2. Delegations

Participating delegations must include in their registration forms if they are accompanied by a judge.

3. Schedule

February 28th Podium training of the athletes

March 1st Judges Meeting / Competition

March 2nd Competition

March 3rd Competition, Gala

4. Awards

Individual all-around: Cup Trophy, Medals and diplomas will be awarded to the 1st place.

Medals and diplomas will be awarded to the 2nd and 3rd place Diplomas will be given up to the 8th place of each category.

Finals in each discipline: Medals and diplomas will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place per level.

Diplomas will be awarded up to the 8th place

Mini-children: Medals and diplomas will be given to all participant of this category.

Best Smile: special award

Best Choreography: special award

Start Fee:

Delegations pay the start fee: 40 euros per gymnast

80 euros per group (ensemble)

The Participation fee is due upon arrival on February 28th at the Sports Centre registration desk. During the tournament a snack (fruit, dessert and water) is provided for each athlete,

coaches and judges. Special gifts are given to athletes, coaches and judges.

There will also be live stream.

6. Accommodation

Hotel Porto Palace ***** : 60 euro per night per person. In the price included breakfast, dinner and a snack will be given at the gym. And all transportations to and from the airport, (railway station or bus station), the hotel and the sports Centre.

Hotel Perinthos *** : 50 euro euro per night per person. In the price included breakfast, dinner and all transportations to and from the airport, (railway station or bus station), the hotel and the sports Centre.
