Положення
про проведення I Міжнародного турніру
з художньої гімнастики
“Кришталеві булави”
Мета та завдання:
- популяризація та подальший розвиток художньої гімнастики;
- залучення дітей до регулярних занять фізичною культурою та спортом
- набуття змагального досвіду;
- обмін досвідомроботи між тренерами та суддями Львівської та іншими
областями України, а також сусідніх держав.
Місце та час проведення змагань:
Змагання проводяться 13.02.2015 -15.02.2015 рокуза адресою:
м.Львів, вул.Самчука, 14 (кафедра фізичного виховання Національного університету “Львівська політехніка”)
Стрийський парк.
13.02.2015р.- день приїзду,нарада суддів та представників команд;
14.02.2015р.- перший день змагань,парад відкриття;
15.02.2015р.-другий день змагань,нагородження,парад закриття,від’їзд команд.
Керівництво змагань:
Керівництво підготовкою та проведенням змагань здійснює оргкомітет турніру.
Проведення змагань покладається на головну суддівську колегію.

Учасники змагань:
До участі у змаганнях допускаються команди ДЮСШ,СДЮШОР, спортивних клубів міст,областей України та інших країн.
Склад команд: 8 гімнасток,1 тренер, 1 суддя.
Заявки:
Офіційні заявки, завірені підписом керівника спорт.організації, лікарем та печаткою, а також записи вправ по 5 копій (всі віковікатегорії) даються безпосередньо на нараді представників команд 13 лютого 2015р.
Попередні заявки на участь у змаганнях прошу надсилати у електронній формі не пізніше 25 січня 2015 р.

Нагородження:
Спортсменки,які посіли I, II, III місця в кожній віковій категорії окремої групи, нагороджуються грамотами,медалями та кубками, а спортсменки, які посіли IV,V,VI місця – грамотами та медалями.
Всі учасники змагань нагороджуються памятними призами.
Фінансування:
Витрати,пов’язані з участю команд у змаганнях(проїзд,харчування,добові) за рахунок відряджуючих організацій.

Regulation
about the conduction of the I International Tournament
on Rhythmic Gymnastics
“Crystal Clubs”
Aim and tasks:
- popularization and further development of rhythmic gymnastics;
- children’s involvement into regular physical training and sports;
- competitive skill’s improvement;
- experience interchange between coaches and judges from Lviv and other regions and also neighbouring countries.
Place and time of the competition conduction:
The competition is conducted from February, 13 till February,15, 2015 Lviv, 14 Samchuka str. (Physical training faculty of the National university “Lviv polytechnics”), Stryiskiy park.
13.02.2015 - arrival day, judges and teams’s represantatives conference;
14.02.2015 – the first day of the competition, opening parade;
15.02.2015 - the second day of the competition, rewarding, tournament-end close, teams’s departure.
Competition Administration:
Preparation and conduction management of the competition is provided by tournament organizing committee.
The competition conduction is laid upon the major panel of judges.
Chief judge of the competition – Spodarenko Tatiyana.
Contestants:
The contestants can be the following teams of Children and Youth Sports School, Special Children and Youth Olympic Reserve School, city and regional sports clubs from Ukraine and other countries.
Team consistency: 8 contestants, 1 coach, 1 judge.
Applications:
Official applications with тhe stamp, signed by the head of sports organization and the doctor, exercises records for 5 copies (for all age categories) are to be rendered directly on the representatives meeting on February, 13, 2015.

Entry fee: 20 euro per gymnast
Awards:
Gymnasts, who took I, II, III places in all-rounds in each age group, are awarded with diplomas, medals and cups; gymnasts, who took IV,V,VI places - with diplomas and medals.
All the contestants are awarded with presents for memory.
Financial expenses:
Expenses on contestants’s participation in the competition (pass, feeding, per diem) are on the sending organization expense.
