УТС проводится: Кипр, город Лимассол, спортивный комплекс - Palace de Sport SPIROS KIPRIANOU.
25 августа - день приезда
26 августа- 1 сентября - учебно-тренировочный сбор
1,2 сентября - отъезд команд

- партер с элементами ОФП
- разбор техники вращений, равновесий и прыжков
- отработка элементов тела художественной гимнастики с предметами: отдельно и в упражнениях

- Участники учебно-тренировочного сбора:
На УТС приглашаются гимнастки 2004-2011 г.р., не имеющие проблем со здоровьем и медицинских противопоказаний к занятиям художественной гимнастикой.
- Условия проведения:
- Гимнастки должны иметь при себе паспорт .
- Договор о страховании от несчастных случаев, жизни и здоровья.
- Допуск для занятий по художественной гимнастике.
- Расходы по проведению учебно-тренировочного сбора:
Отель : "Episkopiana Hotel and Sports Resort", Limassol , Episkopi, Kermmatsis rd, 3505 cyp
Стоимость проживания для гимнасток, тренерского состава и сопровождающих лиц:
- одноместный стандартный номер 65.00 евро в день с человека.
- двухместный стандартный номер 52.00 евро в день с человека.
- трехместный номер 47.00 евро в день с человека.
- четырехместный номер 41.00 евро в день с человека.
Питание:
Завтрак: 06:00 – 08:30 (Отель)
Обед: 12:00 – 13:00 (Спортивный зал)
Ужин : 18:00-20:00 (Отель)
Стоимость питания включена в стоимость проживания.
- Расходы по проведению УТС
Цена УТС: 500 евро, за полную смену, с каждой участницы сбора (две трехчасовые тренировки включающие в себя полную программу учебно-тренировочного сбора).
Цена для гимнасток не проживающих в отеле предоставляемом организаторами – 600 евро.
Расходы по командированию, питанию, проживанию, проезду участников и проведению УТС несут командирующие организации.
- Сроки оплаты
50% за учебно-тренировочный сбор и 50% за проживание должны быть переведенны на банковский счет не позднее чем, за месяц до начала сбора.
- Транспорт:
Трансфер из аэропорта в отель по прибытии: Ларнака 30 евро на человека / Пафос 25 евро на человека
Трансфер из отеля в аэропорт при вылете: Ларнака 30 евро на человека / Пафос 25 евро на человека
Транспорт в спортивный зал для гимнасток и тренеров, которые оплачивают проживание,
включен в стоимость. Все остальное за счет и по просьбе участников.
- Виза:
Если вам нужна виза для въезда на Кипр, пожалуйста, свяжитесь с организаторами , вам предоставят официальное приглашение и всю необходимую информацию.
- Дополнительные услуги, предоставляемые на сборах:
- Дополнительная аренда спортзала в час. Чтобы забронировать спортзал,
вы должны указать количество часов и количество дней с датами, в течение которых вы намерены воспользоваться данной услугой. (Свяжитесь с организаторами); Стоимости аренды зала будет разделена
на количество гимнасток, которые могут находиться там с собственным
тренером или тренером УТС.
- Дополнительно, в не тренировочное время (по вашему желанию):
- Индивидуальные тренировки
- Постановка упражнений с предметом.
- Постановка упражнения без предмета.

CYPRUS, LIMASSOL (August 25 - September 1, 2019)
- Objectives of the task:
- Development and specialized training;
- Increasing the level of training and sportsmanship of gymnasts;
- Training in the proper execution of elements in rhythmic gymnastics;
- Acquaintance of coaches with the method of teaching rotations and elements of the body in rhythmic gymnastics;
- Preparation of gymnasts for competitions.

Trainings will be held: Cyprus, Limassol, the Palace de Sport (Spiros Kiprianou)

4. Aims and Goals
- Development of personal skills
· Analysis of techniques and improvements upon them : rotations, equilibria and jumps
· Working with elements and the body of rhythmic gymnastics with objects
· Viewing the program and adjusting to the athlete
- Progression and High level Mastery of Rythmic Gymnastics
5. Participants in the training camp:
Gymnasts born in 2004-2011, Open for all who seek to specialise so long as there is no health problems or medical contraindications to rhythmic gymnastics, are invited .
6. Gymnasts should have:
Passport
Insurance covering sport and athletics health well as travel
Tolerance for rhythmic gymnastics
7. Costs of conducting a training camp:

Accommodation cost for gymnasts:
single standard room.65.00 Euro per person per day
double standard room 52.00 Euro per person per day

Meals:

8. Price for Camp: 7 Days
Price for Gymnast : 500 Euro
Price for Coach/ Spectator / Parents: 250 Euro
Price for Gymnast (not being accommodated by the camp) :600 Euro
9. Payment terms
50% for the training camp and 50% for accommodation must be transferred to the organizer’s bank account no later than one month before the arrival and the rest upon arrival.
10. Transportation: Airport / Gym
Transport airport to hotel on Arrival : Larnaka 30 Euro per person / Paphos 25 Euro per person
Transport hotel to airport on Departure : Larnaka 30 Euro per person / Paphos 25 Euro per person
Transport to Gym for gymnasts and coaches who are paying for accommodation is included in the price. All other is at the expense and request of the participants
11. Visa:
Should you need a visa for Entry into Cyprus please contact organizers at least one month prior to provide you with a formal invitation and all relative information .
12. Individual / Personal training:
Individual and personal 1 on 1 training with any of our highly qualified professionals can be arranged upon request of the participants before or after the duration of the camp daily and will be charged separately.
