INSURANCE
All delegations are obliged to have commercial and health insurance on their responsibility. LOC does not take responsibility any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriations or any loss of properties.
ACCOMODATION
For delegations that are traveling with a car and are not dependent on public transport, we recommend to choose the hotels, as follows:

For delegations that are traveling without a car and are dependent on public transport, we recommend to choose hotels in Luxembourg Gare (central station) area. Our recommendations are as follows:

The venue of the competition can be reached by the bus leaving from Gare central No 175 (platform 103, it takes around 25 min). The bus stop in Frisange is called Op der Kraizong (200 m walk to the venue). The first bus leaves at around 7:00 am, the last bus leaves from Frisange at around 22:00 pm. Bus ticket price is 2 EUR; children until 12 years old travel for free.

MUSIC
While music for each routine has been uploaded onto the digital platform at www.rgform.eu, coaches are also requested to always have 1 CD for each routine with them. The music must be uploaded onto the KSIS (format .mp3 only) by 15/06/2019 at the very latest.
