DELEGATIONS
- 5 gymnasts – preferably 1 per age group
- 1 coach
- 1 judge
Priority to Greater Region and BeNeLux teams but open to others also.
Maximum 130 gymnasts will be admitted for the competition; maximum 5 clubs from Germany
FEES
25 EUR per gymnast
INSURANCE
Delegations are responsible for their members having adequate insurance coverage against accidents, illness and other travel risks!

RANKING
Rankings will be separate by year of birth for gymnasts born 2005 and younger.Gymnasts will be ranked according to their all-around results. |

JUDGES
Each delegation must include 1 judge with a licence from the FIG or a national federation member of the FIG. Delegations coming without a judge will be charged a penalty of 50 EUR. |

MUSIC
Music for the competition should preferably be uploaded via RGFORM.EU or exceptionally provided on a CD or USB stick. Music for GALA should be provided on a CD or USB stick. |

GALA
Each team is welcome to present 1 short performance(max. 1 per team) not longer than 3 minutes. If you would like to participate in the gala, please indicate the names of participants in the team definitive registration form (the link is included below). Exception is granted to Luxembourg registered clubs. |

AWARDS
All-around ranking
1st – cup, medal, gift.
2nd-3rd – medals, gifts.
All participants will receive encouragement medals, gifts and diplomas. |
Special awards
Miss Tournament, Mini Miss Tournament, Miss Dance, Miss Artistry, Spectators’ choice award.

Starting fees for gymnasts must be paid by the 20th of February 2017 by wire transfer to our bank account below:
