Всероссийское соревнование «Высшая лига» - IV этап 72 чемпионата России среди мужчин и 69 чемпионата России среди женщин пройдет в г. Ярославле с 26.06 (день приезда) по 7.07 (день отъезда) 2019 года.
Швейцарская система в 9 туров с одним выходным днем.
Игровые дни: 27 июня – 1 июля и 3-6 июля. Выходной день - 2 июля.
Начало всех туров в 15.00 (мск).
Место проведения - «Ринг Премьер Отель», конференц-зал «Рахманинов» (ул. Свободы, 55).
