Турнир проводится со 2 июля 2019 г. по 27 июля 2019 г. по швейцарской системе в 8 туров, по правилам вида спорта «шахматы». Контроль времени: 90 минут до конца партии + 30 секунд на ход каждому участнику, начиная с 1-го. (Контроль Бронштейна). Для жеребьёвки применяется программа SWISS MANAGER В первый игровой день регистрация на соревнования начинается в 18:00.
