С 8 декабря по 22 декабря на Красной Поляне будут проходить зимние тренировочные сборы по фигруному катанию.
В программе сборов предусмотрена работа с различными специалистами под руководством старшего тренера Смирновой Ирины Александровны!
Один тренировочный день включает:
— 3 часа тренировочных занятий на льду;
— 2 часа ОФП / СФП;
— 1 час джаз-класса / хореографии.
