«Лайт» — от 800 до 1000 метров;
«Классик» — 1 морская миля (1 852 метра);
«Ультра» — 5000 метров. Для участников Ультра 5000 метров необходим индивидуальный буй безопасности, который входит в стартовый пакет.

«Cупер Cпринт 4х500» на выбывание с отдыхом 6, 4, 2 минуты.
