1. Цели и задачи.

• пропаганда художественной гимнастики в детско-юношеских физкультурно-спортивных клубах, центрах и объединениях по месту жительства, общеобразовательных школах, учебных заведениях
• повышения спортивного мастерства гимнасток;
• выполнение спортивных разрядов;
• укрепления здоровья детей и подростков, вовлечения их в регулярные занятия физической культурой и спортом
• привлечения внимания к детскому спорту.

2. Сроки и место проведения.

Соревнования проводятся 5-8 апреля 2018г., в Московская обл., Одинцовский р-н, д. Ястребки, парк-отель «Горизонт».

5 апреля- Опробование

6 апреля – Начало соревнований -09.00. Парад открытия соревнований в 15:00. Индивидуальная программа, групповые упражнения.

7 апреля - Начало соревнований -09.00. Индивидуальная программа.

8 апреля - Начало соревнований -09.00. Индивидуальная программа, групповые упражнения, отъезд команд после 21:00.

3. Руководство проведением соревнований.

Непосредственное проведение соревнований возлагается на главную судейскую коллегию в составе:

Главный судья – Марина Шпех- СМК.

Главный секретарь – Анна Курбанова- ССВК

Директор соревнований – Буклов Александр

4. Условия проведения и участники соревнований.

К соревнованиям допускаются гимнастки 2000-2013 г.р., выступающие по данной программе, имеющие соответствующую квалификацию и допуск врача. Количество участниц от команды не ограничено.

- Команда предоставляет судью, штраф -1000 рублей.

-Проживание и 3-х разовое питание в парк-отель «Горизонт» стоит

 1 900 рублей в сутки с человека.

- Организаторы предоставляют трансфер группе от 10 человек- 1000 рублей (приезд, отъезд) иногородним участникам турнира.

Соревнования проводятся по правилам FIG 2017-2020 г.

*организаторы оставляют за собой право сократить указанную программу согласно регламенту соревнований.

5.Определение победителей  и награждение.

Победитель и призеры личных и групповых  соревнований определяются по наибольшей сумме баллов  в многоборье, в каждом разряде.

Победители и призеры соревнований награждаются медалями, грамотами и ценными призами. Поощрительными призами награждаются участницы, занявшие 4 - 6 места. Утверждены специальные призы.

6. Условия приема и расходы.

Стартовый взнос с участницы личного первенства  – 2000 руб., в групповом первенстве 6000 руб.  с команды. Члены сборной команды России, МСМК, и действующие Мастера спорта,  выступают без стартового взноса

Стартовые взносы перечисляются на расчетный счет.

Расходы по аренде зала, сопровождение правопорядка, медицинского облуживания, награждению участников  ценными призами, оплате судейского корпуса, предоставление специальных призов для победительниц соревнований, оплате оператора, изготовлению печатной продукции, оформление зала и представительские расходы, услуг по предоставлению оборудования, канцелярские и технические расходы  осуществляются за счет стартовых взносов участников.

7. Обеспечение безопасности участников и зрителей.

Соревнования не проводятся без предварительной проверки наличия инструкции «О мерах по организации безопасности зрителей и охране общественного порядка при проведении соревнований», без акта технического обследования спортивных сооружений, без медицинского обеспечения соревнований.

Соревнования проводятся на спортивном сооружении, отвечающим требованиям соответствующих нормативных правовых актов, действующих на территории Российской федерации и направленных на обеспечение общественного порядка и безопасности участников и зрителей, а также при условии наличия актов готовности спортивного сооружения к проведению мероприятия, утвержденных в установленном порядке.

8. Подача заявок на участие.

Именные заявки, свидетельства о рождении и страховой полис от несчастного случая сдаются в мандатную комиссию 6.04.2018г. с 08:00 до 09:00 часов. Заседание судейской коллегии 6.04.2018.г. в 08-30 часов. Судьям и тренерам иметь при себе: пенсионное свидетельство, ИНН,  судейское удостоверение.

Предварительные заявки на участие принимаются до 25 марта 2018г.

in rhythmic gymnastics

for the prizes of three-time World and European champion

Alexander Buklava.

1. Goals and objectives.        

• promotion of rhythmic gymnastics in children and youth sports clubs, centers and associations at the place of residence, secondary schools, educational institutions
• improving the sports skills of gymnasts;
• strengthening the health of children and teenagers, involving them in regular physical education and sports activities
• drawing attention to childrens sports.

2. Date and place.

The competition is held on April 5th-8th, 2018, in the Moscow region, Odintsovo district, Yastrebki village, Park Hotel Horizon.

April 5th - Testing

April 6th  - The beginning of the competition is at 9 a.m. The opening parade is at 3 p.m. Individual program, group exercises.

April 7th  - The beginning of the competition is at 9 a.m. Individual program.

April, 8th  - The beginning of the competition at 9 a.m. Individual program, group exercises, the departure of the teams is after 9 p.m.

3. Management of the competition.

The management of the competition is entrusted to the main judicial board consisting of:

Chief judge is Marina Shpekht - The judge of the international category

Chief Secretary is Anna Kurbanova - The judicial secretary of the highest category

Director of the competition - Alexander Buklov

4. Conditions and the participants of the competition.

The gymnasts of 2000-2013 birth years who are performing this program and who have the appropriate qualifications and doctors admission can participate in the competition. The number of participants from the team is not limited.

- The team provides the judge; the penalty is 1000 RUB.

- The accommodation and 3 meals a day in the park-hotel Horizon cost 1 900 RUB per day per person.

- The organizers provide a transfer to a group of 10 and more people - 1000 RUB (arrival, departure) to non-resident participants of the competition.

The competition is held according to the rules of 2017-2020.

5. Determination of the winners and rewarding.

The winner and the prize-winners of the personal competitions and the group competitions are determined by the highest sum of the points in the all-around in each category.

The winners and the prize-winners of the competition are awarded with medals, diplomas and valuable prizes. The honorable prizes are awarded to the participants for the 4th - 6th places. The special prizes are approved.

6. Conditions for admission and expenses.

The entry fee from the participant of the personal championship is 2000 RUB, the entry fee from the participant of the group championship is 6000 RUB with the team. The members of the Russian national team, MSICs, and the acting Masters of Sport participate without any entry fee

The starting fees are to be transferred to the settlement account.

Expenses on a rent of the hall, law enforcement, medical service, rewarding of the participants with valuable prizes, payment of the operator, production of the printed materials, decorating of the hall and representation expenses, services in providing the equipment, office and technical expenses are performed at the expense of the starting fees of the participants.

7. Ensuring the safety of the participants and spectators.

The competition is not held without a preliminary verification of the presence of the instruction "On measures for organizing the safety of spectators and protecting a public order in the conduct of competitions", without an act of the technical inspection of sports facilities, without a medical support of the competition.

The competition is held on a sports facility that meet the requirements of the relevant regulatory legal acts which are in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and are aimed at ensuring of a public order and safety of participants and spectators. Also, if there are the acts of readiness of the sports facility to conduct the event which are approved in accordance with the established procedure.

8. Submission of applications for participation.

Personal applications, birth certificates and insurance policies covering any accidents are to be submitted to the credentials committee on April 6th, 2018 from 08 a.m. to 09 a.m. The judge board meeting is on April 4th, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. Judges and coaches must have: a pension certificate, TIN, a judicial certificate.

Preliminary applications for participation are accepted until March 25th, 2018.
