we are very pleased to invite your club/federation to our international tournament in Rhythmic Gymnnastics, that will take place in PÉCS, HUNGARY, on the 21 - 22 May 2016.

Costs:
|
Accommodation: 40 EU/person/night, inluded breakfast and dinner. Transfer from Budapest airport/railway station 40 EU/person altogether to and back. The organizers are providing the transportation from the hotel to the Sportshall and back, only for them, who books accommodation, transfer by us.
Entry fee: 40 EU/gymnast (individual gymnast), 30 EU/person (group) |

Awards: |
All-around competition: first 3 gymnasts - cups and medals, all participants receive medal, present, certification.
Group competition: every member of the groups receive medal, diplom and present. The first groups receive cup. |

If you need an official invitation to obtain a visa to travel to Hungary, please contact us as soon as possible. We send the official letter of invitation by DHL. (For those who reserve hotel by us, it is free.) |

Friday 20 May: Arrival of the delegations, Group competition (in the afternoon)
Saturday, 21 May : Competition, Opening ceremony, Competition, Awards ceremony
Sunday, 22 May : Competition (depends on the number of participating gymnasts) Gala - Awards ceremony, Banquet, Departure of the delegations
The ranking will be by the year of birth both in „A” and „B” category.
