Dear Friends,
We have a great pleasure, in inviting your club to participate in our III Open International Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship “London Cup 2017” December 16th – 17th
Organizers: London Sport Academy
Place of competition: University of East London, Sports Dock, E16 2RD
Delegation: 1-2 coaches and 1 qualified judge obligatory.
If you don’t have qualified judge- charge £50
Entrance Fee: £25 per routine (via bank transfer or PayPal)
Deadline: November 18th
Accommodation: Not providing
Insurance: Organizers are not responsible for any liability in case of accident; therefore all participants are advised to look for and provide adequate insurance cover.
Transport from Airport to competition hall: Organizers do not provide the transportation from airports. Clubs are expected to arrange the transportation themselves.
Music/CDs: Please submit your music CDs on arrival for sorting.
Visa: Please check in time if your delegation needs a visa for the entry to London, UK
We are happy to prepare personal invitation for the Embassy
Attention: Please bear in mind that we expect clubs to abide to the tournament rules. This includes the relevance of the announced gymnast training level with the respect to the levels outlined above.
Organisers reserve the right for the Head Judge to re-assign the gymnast results to another level should the announced gymnast level be found inadequate.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT FIG CUP BUT IT IS FRIENDLY CLUBS COMPETITIONS.
Presentation will be separate for each level, each age group, and each routine and overall. Additional presentations will be as well
