The Organizing Committee of the RG Club "GRACIA MEBEL STYLE" has the pleasure to invite you to take part in the 1st edition of the International and National Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament "Sea Stars" and “Meglena Mihailova Prize”, which will be held in the period from 17th to 19th June 2018 in the city of Varna.

– cat. "B" born in 2011 and younger / 2010 / 2009, 2008 / Pre Junior / Junior / Senior
RANKING AND AWARDS:
1st – 3rd places: Medals, diplomas and presents
4th – 8th places: Diplomas and presents for all age categories
All participants will receive gifts
NOTE:
- Only one gymnast per age category and club will be ranked (except for the organizing club).
- The apparatus choice has to be communicated in the preliminary registration.
- 1 Group per Club will be ranked
ENTRY FEE:
30 € per gymnast

ACCOMMODATION
An e-mail will follow with suggestions for hotels in which you can book rooms for your delegation. The accommodation is at the charge of the participants.
Beds for persons outside the delegation (parents) is also provided, but their requests be made separately from yours.
TRAVEL
All transport costs are borne by the participants.
Delegates or participants who wants organized transport from airport to the hotel could book by email against 10€ per person in both directions
INSURANCE
The LOC (the organizing club, BUL RG federation and the Municipality of Varna) will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. All participating clubs are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their delegation.
GALA
We invite all delegations to participate in the Gala which will be held before the awarding ceremony. Please inform us about your participation in the Gala along with your registration.
In connection with the normal organization and running of the tournament we kindly ask you to send us your provisional registration by the 01.05.2018г.
Please, include a judge in the delegation.
CATEGORIES AND TECHNICAL PROGRAMME
Fee and charge transport from Varna to complex Kamchia is paid to the technical examination.
Considering that the hotels are full during the summer season, please send your initial applications for participation not later than 01 may 2018, and the list of names participants not later than 14.05 2018.
We hope that the above deadlines of the application and the list of participants will be met by all clubs participate in this tournament.
