Расписание занятий: ПН. СР. ПТ. с 18:00 до 20:00

В программу обучения входит:

Борьба стоя (по типу дзюдо, самбо);

Борьба лёжа (по типу дзюдо, самбо);

Ударная техника (по типу кикбоксинга);

Боевая техника основанная на принципе АЙКИ (по типу жёсткого айкидо);

Адаптация техники.

Аттестации на пояса Сейкё Дайдо-рю айки дзю-дзюцу.
Выступления на соревнованиях по рукопашному бою, дзю-дзюцу, дзюдо, самбо, грэпплингу и смешанным единоборствам
