Тренировки проходят в рамках акции Министерства спорта России «Тренируйся дома. Спорт — норма жизни» в прямом эфире на официальной странице футбольного клуба в «Instagram» по вторникам, четвергам и субботам (начало: в 16:00).
В эфирах также принимают участие игроки оренбургской команды. Евгений показывает людям комплексы упражнений для домашних занятий в период самоизоляции. Для их выполнения не требуется какой-либо спортивный инвентарь, достаточно подручных предметов и собственного желания. Зрители, которые в связи с обстоятельствами не смогли посмотреть трансляцию в прямом эфире, смогут просмотреть запись тренировки в течение суток после ее окончания.
