Длинный цикл - 2 минуты.
Толчок двух гирь -1 минута
Гиревая гонка (Kettlebell Race) 250. (Необходимо толкнуть 250 подъемов за минимальное время. Смена рук произвольно неограниченное количество раз. Ставить гирю на помост не разрешается)
Армейский гиревой рывок
Рывок двух гирь - 1 минута

In case of refund for any reason platform will withhold 4% service fee. Cancellation policy is stipulated in the event Regulations document.
