Her husband Tomi Tuuha has represented Finland in artistic gymnastics, winning gold in vault at the 2010 European Championships in Birmingham, England. FROM HUNGARY TO ICELAND
She moved from Hungary to Iceland in 2005. "I was born in Hungary and both of my parents are Hungarian. My mother was coaching at a club in Budapest when a group of Icelandic gymnasts came for a training camp. During that time, she was offered the chance to coach in Reykjavik, and it seemed like a great opportunity, so she took the job. It was a hard thing for my family to pack our bags and just leave, but we knew it was for the best." (intlgymnast.com, 24 Sep 2013)
