Приглашаем принять участие в соревнованиях по кроссфиту!

Программа соревнований состоит из двух комплексов упражнений, выполняемых последовательно, каждой возрастной группой, друг за другом. После торжественного открытия участники начинают разминаться в специальной отведенной зоне для разминки.

1. Уточнение технических электронных заявок, По прибытию участников

2. Старт первой возрастной группы 14:00 - 16:00

3. Старт второй возрастной группы 14:00 - 16:00

4. Старт третьей возрастной группы 16:00 - 18:00

5. Старт четвертой возрастной группы 16:00 - 18:00

6. Подведение итогов 18:00 – 18:30

7. Закрытие соревнований и награждение 18:30

The following categories of participants are allowed:

M: 8-10, 11-14, 15-17, 18 and older

F: 8-10, 11-14, 15-17, 18 and older

In case of refund for any reason platform will withhold 4% service fee. Cancellation policy is stipulated in the event Regulations document.
